Shop Policies

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booked appointment.
Booking fee is NON-refundable.
All no-calls, no-shows will be charged a deposit fee of $26.00 + cancellation fee.
Appointments will be canceled after 15 mins late, and you will have to reschedule & pay another booking fee.
Hair is included in all braiding styles. You must bring your own.
$20 fee will be added to all after-hour appointments.
Shampoo services must be added to all styles indicating shampoo is not included, or your appointment may be rescheduled.
